  Overall pretty happy with the rental experience Just a couple of things to mention Over the range Microwave needs to be replaced Carpet is frayed and dirty new carpet is needed Sofa/Couch is shedding paticles all over our clothes and hair needs to be replaced new toaster and coffee pot rug outside is badly soiled For price these things need to be addressed

  We have stayed in several different condos here and 1307 has become one of our favorites. Furniture is comfy for a “home like feel, and mattresses were some of the best we’ve slept on while away from home. Kitchen was well stocked with the tools needed to cook meals. Except for a liquid measuring cup! (Some reason condos don’t seem to have these)
